Paul Murphy

Founder / CEO / Author / Lifelong Learner (and that’s okay)

I’m Paul Murphy—most people just call me Murph. I’ll be the first to admit: I don’t have all the answers. I’ve taken more wrong turns than a learner driver with a faulty satnav, but every detour has taught me more than any so-called “quick win” ever could.

Whether it’s navigating fatherhood, marriage, or the world of sterile liquid transfer (yes, that’s a thing), I’ve learned there’s no perfect formula. Just hard work, resilience, and a good sense of humour.

Forget the success gurus selling a one-size-fits-all dream. Life doesn’t work like that. I’m not here to preach or offer magic formulas. I’m still figuring it out myself—and that’s perfectly fine.

If you’re after overnight riches, I’m probably not your guy. But if you value honesty, resilience, the occasional failure, and a few laughs along the way, we’ll probably get along.

Because success isn’t a destination. It’s a messy, frustrating, thrilling, and addictive process. And right in the middle of the chaos? That’s where real growth happens.

Experience

Founder & CEO, Pure Transfer Ltd. (2015 – present)

Founder & CEO, Pure Transfer Ltd. (2015–present)
I lead a company that ensures liquids move from Point A to Point B without disaster. That’s why I named it Pure Transfer—because sometimes, simplicity is the smartest approach.

Over the years, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about having everything under control. It’s about managing chaos, staying adaptable, and finding humour when things don’t go to plan.

Building Pure Transfer has been anything but a straight line. It’s been full of unexpected turns, tough decisions, and moments that have tested my resilience. Sometimes, the best strategy is to step back, grab a cup of tea (and maybe a biscuit), reflect, and figure out the next best move.

Author

“We Need to Talk About Success: Stop Dreaming, Start Achieving”

This isn’t another get-rich-quick book. It’s a practical, honest guide to defining success on your own terms—and how to take meaningful, achievable steps toward your goals.

It’s packed with real-life stories, plenty of lessons learned the hard way, and a few laughs along the journey. My second book is nearly complete, with a third already taking shape.

Summary

It’s time to get honest. There’s too much hype and hot air in the business world.

Let’s stop pretending anyone has it all figured out. Nobody does. And that’s okay.

If you’re looking for authenticity, a few laughs, and a reminder that it’s perfectly fine to still be figuring it out—let’s connect.

We’ll navigate it together, one step (and one cup of tea) at a time.
